Just like any other blogger and fitness addict, I surround myself with fitness information and knowledge every single day. You could say I am obsessed with this stuff and that would probably be an understatement.

The thing is, I love sharing my knowledge with the world and this blog gives me the biggest opportunity to share my knowledge with the most people.
